BSc (Hons) Nutrition & Food Science; Cert. Paediatric Nutrition & Dietetics

I have been a Dietitian for the past 20 years. As a clinical dietitian, I have worked primarily with infants, children and their families. I have enjoyed working in a variety of settings, including The Royal London Hospital, The Children’s Hospital at Westmead (Sydney) and Princess Margaret Hospital. For the past 10 years, I have been employed as a Senior Paediatric Dietitian at Fiona Stanley Hospital and recently enjoyed a short-term leave relief position at King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women. I am also undertaking a PhD project part-time at Edith Cowan University. The focus of my project is to provide support to families with young babies to help them to develop healthy relationships with food from an early age. I love helping to empower families to overcome their nutritional challenges and work towards practical and sustainable nutrition solutions. I also completely adore being mum to my three young children, they are my greatest teachers.
