Picky eaters and kids with sensory processing issu

Picky eaters and kids with sensory processing issues (and toddlers) often like to eat food that is predictable- same shape, same look, same texture, same smell and the same taste with every bite. This is why the humble, yet very nutritious egg is often rejected.

If you offer them boiled or fried, there are 2 different colours, 2 different tastes and at least 2 different textures just in one egg 🥚 🍳

Scrambled egg- so much variety in texture, taste, shape, look and so unpredictable.

Have you ever tried just a plain omelette with your kids? We can then get a consistent colour, a consistent texture, a consistent taste and if you cut it in squares (or pizza triangles!) you can even get the same shape. And your little people might even try it!
